Founded by Ben Wood, Matt Wood and Al Allaway, a patron to the world of hospitality for his break through concepts and innovation that have shaped our very industry. The vision was to build a next generation leadership team of connected specialists and a unique working practice. We are a passionate and highly skilled team who love what we do and who truly go above and beyond to help our clients to succeed.

My passion for marketing was born from a fascination with problem solving. Teaming this with love for all things hospitality is the perfect combo. When I'm not watching basketball, you can find me eating out with my friends and family, ideally near a sunny beach.
Scott Wood

I thrive off seeing the positive results and growth I achieve for our clients. I always work hard to identify any gaps or opportunities where I can implement my expertise to take a website to the next level. I enjoy seeing my initial ideas come to life and the tangible improvements that they have on a clients website. I'm an avid Birmingham City fan - but don't hold that against me!

Having started my career at the birth of the boutique hotel I am extremely fortunate over 25 years to have worked with some of the greats and the true trailblazers of this incredible industry. My passion for hospitality is encapsulated by this highly motivated and inspiring team of experts that share great values, great spirit and great vision for helping like minded hotels and restaurants to grow.
