Zelman Meats is a unique, London Steakhouse created for meat freaks. It’s the place you go when your inner carnivore calls.
Repositioned
Zelman Meats wanted to be way more than just another steakhouse. We repositioned the brand into a place for tribal meat freaks with a signature sharing plate where guests share their crazy passions and try different cuts of steak.
Guest experience
During the branding phase we designed many unique elements of the brand. From ‘Dirty plates’ art direction, bone bibs and meat freak cocktails featuring beef fat bourbon and marrow the brand came alive into a unique experience that drove bookings and fans.

Increasing guest spend
We psychologically devised a menu layout that drove a key product purchase along with a server upsell to increase guest spend per head across the operation.
